Hi, I’m Monica— Mother, Mentor, Founder of Welbing Postnatal House.
I’m a mother of two beautiful girls, and I know firsthand how transformative — and at times overwhelming — the postpartum period can be. After experiencing postnatal anxiety, I realized how vital it is for mothers to have a safe, nurturing, and restorative space.
With 32 years in the beauty and wellness industry, I’ve spent my career creating environments that make people feel cared for, supported, and seen. I brought this expertise — combined with my own journey as a mother — to life in Welbing Postnatal House: an elevated sanctuary where mothers, newborns, and families can rest, heal, and thrive.
From our half-day Retreats to our upcoming overnight House, every detail is designed to support your body, mind, and family — from curated nutrition and restorative therapies to educational guidance and spaces for your support partner.
My mission is simple: to help mothers and families not just survive, but truly thrive in the transformative early days of parenthood.
Where does the term “Welbing” come from?
Our name is intentionally spelled to honor its Korean roots. Postnatal retreats in South Korea emphasize gentle care, rest, and holistic healing — a philosophy we carry into every service we offer. The name reflects the warmth, balance, and thoughtful attention that mothers deserve during one of life’s most transformative moments.
